Depart from the USA on an overnight flight.

Tuesday, Oct 1
Land in Israel, transfer to the hotel, freshen up and rest. Opening dinner at and the hotel and orientation to program.

Wednesday, Oct 2
Following breakfast drive to the South and participate in an agricultural volunteering program to help with the emergency situation in which the Israeli economy finds itself due to the Swords of Iron War.  We will also tour one of the kibbutzim in the Gaza Strip to see the pure devastation inflicted on the community members on October 7th, as well a possible meeting with one or two of the heroes from the Black Shabbat, each with a moving story about an amazing act of heroism that occurred that day. Dinner in Sderot.

Thursday, Oct 3
Following breakfast participate in an agricultural volunteering program. Possible meeting with IDF soldiers, engaging in meaningful conversations about their fears, strengths, and mission; including lunch. Dinner at the hotel.

Friday, Oct 4
Following breakfast check out of your hotel and drive to Jerusalem. Day tour of Jerusalem: Mt. of Olives, Garden of Gethsemane,
the Via Dolorosa and Christian Quarter, Garden Tomb. Check into your hotel. Dinner at the hotel.

Saturday, Oct 5
Following breakfast return to the Old City – visit the Temple Mount, the City of David, the Southern Wall Excavations, the Western Wall, Mt. Zion, the Israel Museum. Dinner at the hotel.

Sunday, Oct 6
Following breakfast check out and depart Jerusalem. Drive to Masada and Ein Gedi and enjoy a short dip in the Dead Sea. Then drive north to the Sea of Galilee. On the way North visit Qumran, Original Baptismal site of John the Baptist. Check into your hotel. Dinner at the hotel.

Monday, Oct 7
After breakfast tour the area of the Sea of Galilee: Capernaum, Tabgha, Magdala, the Jordan River and other sites.

Tuesday, Oct 8
After breakfast drive north to the Golan Heights. Meet with soldiers stationed on the Northern Border to hear from IDF representatives about the challenges and realities of post–October 7 life in Israel. Take a Jeep tour through the northern part of the Golan right on the Syrian Border with Major Ilan Shulman – team commander of a special intelligence unit, including a briefing on the Middle East forces and interests. Dinner at the hotel.

Wednesday, Oct 9
After breakfast check out of the hotel and drive towards the coastal plain, stopping at one of the kibbutzim on the border or in Rosh Pina, also bordering with Lebanon. Continue south along the Mediterranean Sea and stop to visit the Crusader city of Caesarea. In the afternoon arrive in Tel Aviv and after a panoramic tour of the city visit either the Palmach Museum or drive to Nes Ziona to tour the Ayalon Institute and the underground munitions factory from pre-State days. End the tour by reciting a special prayer for Israel as well as a farewell dinner and reflection. Departure to Ben Gurion Airport for your night flight home to the USA.
